In a world filled with war, ecological devastation, hunger, corruption, and fear, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and isolated. Sometimes, it feels like we are living in a nightmare.

Yet the truth is: the world we are experiencing is the one we are collectively dreaming. We have the creative power to shift that dream. We can move from fear and separation to a dream of unity, healing, and love.

At our core, the ultimate truth is this: our authentic essence is Unconditional Love.

When we return to a place of stillness and presence, we reconnect with the deep wisdom of our hearts and are guided to take aligned action in each moment. By grounding in our true essence, we can become the human BEINGS we were meant to be and bring forth the positive change our world so desperately needs.

Now, more than ever, we need conscious community.

A community that is dedicated to personal growth, to working together for the greater good, and to creating a world that honors the well-being of future generations. A community that acknowledges its own imperfections, takes responsibility, and is committed to evolving in love and compassion.

Let’s come together to center ourselves as individuals, and lift each other up as a collective, spiritual community.

Join Us for a Transformative Experience

In this free, community offering, Andrea Woods will guide us through a somatic experiencing practice designed to help cultivate safety and resilience in the body. In times of chaos, it can be difficult to hear the still, small voice within. This practice will calm the mind and release tension from the body, allowing you to more clearly hear the wisdom of your Spirit.

Once we have grounded ourselves individually, Andrea will lead the group in a Loving-Kindness meditation. Rooted in the Buddhist tradition but accessible to all, this secular practice fosters compassion, empathy, and grace.

When we gather together in meditation or prayer, the collective energy has a powerful, positive effect—not just on us, but on the communities around us.

Together, we can BE THE CHANGE we wish to see in the world.

This event is for you if you:

  • Feel a sense of concern or disillusionment about the state of the world (e.g., global issues like war, environmental devastation, political corruption, and social injustices), and are looking for ways to regain hope and purpose.

  • Desire to cultivate inner peace and resilience—those who are feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges and wish to reconnect with their inner sense of calm, intuition, and love.

  • Are open to spiritual practices that can help foster empathy, compassion, and a higher sense of unity—whether through meditation, somatic experiencing, prayer, or other mindfulness techniques.

  • Value community and collective healing, recognizing the importance of being part of a conscious group that is working toward personal growth and social change.

  • Want to contribute to a more compassionate world, with a focus on long-term, generational impact rather than short-term, individual gratification.

  • Have a growth mindset, and are willing to engage in the “messy” work of self-awareness, responsibility, and continual self-improvement.

Event led by Andrea Woods. Andrea is dedicated to guiding people through challenging life circumstances to their own inner light and intuition. She is a Spiritual Counselor, Intuitive Eating counselor, yoga facilitator, and a strength coach. She helps people let go of anxiety and fear to experience the joy of mental freedom, self-love, and Soul-led living.

“Within the stillness of meditation, we discover the boundless universe within ourselves—a sanctuary where the whispers of our soul become the guiding stars of our journey.”
